The websites below offer information outside of Adelphi’s resources to help you find more ways to pay for your college education.

U.S. Department of Education — Information about federally based aid and resources.

  • FAFSA on the Web — Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Must be completed yearly to determine the student’s eligibility for funding through federally based programs.
  • StudentAid.ed.gov — Scholarships and other financial aid resources.
  • Ombudsman Information for Title IV Students — The US Department of Education’s Office of Student Financial Assistance Ombudsman is available to assist students in resolving loan disputes and other problems. Contact them at the following toll free number for assistance: 877.557.2575. Additional information is available at the Department of Education’s Federal Student Aid Ombudsman website.

New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (NYSHESC) — Information regarding New York State aid and services.
